Payments

As of now, we do not have a refund policy for paid plans. However, under exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate purchases), cancellation requests may be considered.

Uptime & Stability

We strive to ensure maximum uptime and system stability, aiming for 99.9% uptime.

Planned downtimes for maintenance, security updates, and performance improvements are excluded from uptime guarantees.

SendFileOnline.com is not responsible for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

Pricing

Paid plans are non-refundable once purchased. Refunds are only considered in rare cases at our discretion.

Payments cover currently available features and services. Future feature updates or beta functionalities are not guaranteed.

Abuse & Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in abuse, unauthorized access, or any activity that disrupts our services.
